Exchanges, Returns -



You have 7 days from the day your item(s) are delivered to send back the return for an exchange or store credit on your account. The item(s) must be in the mail and timestamped at the post office within 7 days of being delivered in order for us to accept the return. There may or may not be items available to cover your exchange. Due to our high volume of sales, if we do not have an item for exchange in your requested size/style, you will receive a store credit.

• Reason for the return (if the item is damaged please just let us know. You will be reimbursed for shipping if the item is damaged in the form of a shop credit or we can PayPal you the cost)

If there is no prior communication of a return via email, we will not accept the package and you must pay to ship it back to you. Returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, tags still attached, and free of any scents, stains, pet hair, or damages. Buyer pays all return shipping charges. Returns can take up to 14 business days to process after receipt/delivery at the warehouse.

All custom order, holiday collections, grab bags, pre-orders, mystery items, mystery credit items, freebie items, discounted items, sale items, or items that are purchased using a coupon are not exchangeable/returnable and are all sales final.
